Disliked: Check in was at 4pm. We didn't get our room till 6pm because they didn't have rooms cleaned. Very noisey by the elevator. Loud music playing outside vibrating floors and walls at 10pm at night. Overall not a good experience

Liked: Price and distance to the sports Center and breakfast was a good variety of food also.
Disliked: USB ports were broken in 1 room under the television and also had a bug of some sort on the bed in the same room. Also the fact that people didn't dry off very well after the pool going to the elevator to the point where there was puddles all over in front of the elevators and in the elevators.

Liked: I booked a double queen room and they gave me a king room. The floors were sticky and the carpet was so dirty. The shower had no water pressure and took forever to heat up.

Liked: Outside of property was clean with plenty of free parking. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was good, a bit on the small side and there isn't a separate jacuzzi with hot water which would have been nice. Free breakfast was very good. Food was hot and delicious. Staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
