My visit was a nightmare. Would not stay here again!

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Entire building smelled like urinal cakes. Bed sheets were not fresh. Innerspring mattress with sunken area in middle, both beds.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The room was small and cramped. The hairdryer would eat your hair. The coffee pot would make a mess but not coffee. The refrigerator had a terrible odor. And we were charged twice for one reservation.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful at the desk. They put bowls of free snacks out daily. Breakfast was decent . My bed was good. Family staying in 2 other rooms complained they could not sleep because of bad beds.
Disliked: The room I was given was on the first floor ( my request). Great location- however it was not well maintained . Bathroom had two live bugs in the tub. Bathroom floor was dirty. Entry floor in room- slippery. Other guests hair on tub, around vanity top, on floor. Very dirty. I had to Lysol everything. Two queens. My bed did not have a sheet - only duvet. Housekeeping was suppose to clean. They only removed the dirty towels ( leaving 1 on the floor). They did not empty the trash, replace the empty tissue box, vacuum etc. Mold on wall in bathroom. Paint peeling off walls. Awful!

Liked: Breakfast was good - Cinnamon rolls were awesome!!
Disliked: 1. There were problems connecting to the hotel wifi and the front desk provided limited help.2. House keepiing did not service our room (or knock) on our last full day. When I checked at the front desk, I was told that house keeping did not service our room because we had the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign posted; however, my wife and I never used or placed the DND sign on the door during our multi-day stay.

Liked: Location was good, breakfast was good , staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The hotel smells like mold, was not willing to cancel to change to a different hotel without a fee
