Poor

Disliked: I got to my room and the TV didn't work. I was given another room. After moving all of my things up a floor the TV turned on but there wasn't a Direct TV box so there was nothing watch. I was given a 3rd room, again moving all of my things. Inside that room the ottoman and drapes were filthy. Finally got to bed around 130 am after all of the moving. Manager never offered me a free room or any sort of compensation. Terrible place to stay!

Disliked: They took forever to check us in because staff didn't sewa like she knew what she was doing tell me that i had to make 2 different reservation for 2 rooms and on top of it we didnt get rooms near each other or a crib that i requested

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: I extended my stay by another weekday night and the room price jumped 30.00. Seems like bad business I have miultiple extra charges on my CC that no one at the desk could explain or help me with. Manager is out of town. Advertises a workout facility but no towels or disinfectant in the room. No a huge deal but staff forgot to extend my stay with access keys. Just too many little things I didn’t appreciate.

Disliked: A long wait time to check in.Cable did not work and no maintenance man on duty, therefore no entertainment, just silence.
