Worst experience ever! Will never...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, that it’s the only positive thing I can say about this experience
Disliked: There was a serious lack of accountability and transparency from the supervisor on duty, who openly lied directly to us. Upon arrival, we discovered blood-stained bedsheets, and there was no breakfast available—despite arriving an hour before breakfast service was supposed to end. When we asked for more bath towels, we were told that the number of towels was limited based on the room size, even though there was only one towel in our room.Additionally, the toilet was broken, and there was barely any toilet paper—only about a quarter inch left on the roll. When we called the front desk to report our concerns, the sole staff member on duty at 10:00 PM claimed she had tried to call us back, but our room phone wasn’t working. She eventually came to the room in person and offered to move us, if we were willing to switch from a king bed to a room with two queens. We agreed.However, upon moving to the new room, we discovered the TV didn’t work. We were told that no one would be available to fix it until the following day.
