In town for convention and...

Liked: Breakfast staff was pleasant and breakfast was delicious
Disliked: We didn’t have extra blankets for pull out couch our first night

After telling the front desk...

Liked: The room was dirty and old… when taking my shower as I looked up to the shop head it was disgustingly nasty
Disliked: Clean and update your facility

Liked: Pool area is great! Next time will definitely check out the adventure park Breakfast staff was very friendly! Check in was smooth and easy.
Disliked: One of the elevators were down and they had to shut off the water for 8 hours

Very nice hotel!

Liked: Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean and I used the laundry facilities..which were good. Pools were nice and my kids really liked them...they were super crowded though. Larkimg was easy and plenty of it. Everyone was very nice.
Disliked: Crowded pools. One elevator was broke so that made getting up to our room slow.
