Liked: Customer service was good! They accidentally put us in a room that wasn't clean yet and quickly changed our room.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't the best. The laundry room was small

Disliked: My room always had a damp/musty smell; carpet felt damp to the touch when walking in bare feet. Even with lowering the AC to 68 degrees did not help the dampness feel.

Liked: Booking dot com charged me for a night / then I paid for a night , the same night . The girl at the counter could not find the booking dot com reservation. So she sold me another room. When I got home one credit was charged by booking dot com and another credit card was charged by holiday inn.HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK \ 845-389-2886 Stephen Zielinski
Disliked: WHATS WORSE is when signing up on BOOK DOT COM it specifically asked if I would like to pay at the hotel I SAID YES.it also said CC information was only to be used for information.THEN YOU CHARGED THE Fiii CARD!!!!!!! FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
