Just what we expected. Nice large room and very clean. Hotel seems fairly new.

Disliked: We were taken to a room were somebody had already checked into cuz the doors were locked from the inside then we were relocated to another room but unfortunately I was charged for both rooms for the weekend because of error w the staff and I could not get a manager or supervisor to ever call me back to fix the issue after calling numerous times which was clearly not my fault.

Disliked: Some of the staff were in a bad mood customer service is very important one person made us feel we were bothering her. Pool was not warm it’s very cold. Gym treadmill is not in working conditions. Ever since the last time we were at the holiday inn elevator is jot working. Only one elevator works.
