Disliked: Our door wouldn’t shut. We had to slam it to get it to shut. The TV didn’t work. We paid $200 a night so we expect a tv. We had the staff come up multiple times to fix it and as soon as they left it would freeze up and go black. She said that she was going to try to give us a discount of 20% but we haven’t received it yet. For this price a night I would not recommend anyone to stay here. A ABNB cost the same and is much nicer.

Liked: The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Has an indoor pool and hot-tub. I didn't utilize them, however I did look and they are clean and warm. Lol.

Disliked: my daughter left her build a bear that she's had for years. We called and no one answered 4 times. I went up there and they said they couldn't find it. There was a young lady cleaning our room so I believe she took it home
