Liked: Nothing in this hotel met our expectations
Disliked: Location appeared to be good on the map but in reality this hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to a leisure complex with poorly rated restaurants. The suite we booked was dark and dingy, paper cups and only a coffee machine supplied. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people using it and breakfast options offered were average and to top it all off we had to eat off paper plates and use wooden cutlery. Not the sort of service we expected for the price we paid for the room

Disliked: They tried to steal $ for a parking fee at checkout even though it was not disclosed up front. It was not on the website. Was not disclosed at check in even though I told them I was driving a cube van. They just simply tried to steal $25 at checkout. Just plain sneaky, kinky, and crooked. For what they charge for a room the should have washed it for me. Not tried to steal $ Shameful. If want a parking fee disclose it up front.
