Great convenience would stay again.

Liked: I liked the convenience, my boyfriend and I went to Kings Dominion earlier that day and the drive from the park to the hotel was 16 minutes
Disliked: Our TV kept flicking on and off during our short stay we thought we were gonna have to inform the front desk but it worked itself out, we stayed in room 205

Very good

Liked: We loved the location. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were friendly
Disliked: There was a faint smell in our room... couldn't say what exactly it was. It wasn't awful... just THERE. Glad I brought a candle from home

Horrible treatment

Liked: Location
Disliked: The front desk wouldn't listen. They treated me as though I did something wrong when I was in the room the entire night. The manager on duty was rude and would not hear me or care about our son who was there for a soccer tourney with his team. I paid for 2 rooms and was blamed for behavior that I was NOT involved in! They didn't care about my son not having room and would lie to me about the entire team being kicked out. I was so worried and stressed. I was told I could talk to the GM, but when I asked, they wouldn't give me the number.
