Liked: Breakfast was good staff were helpful.
Disliked: The pool was closed but no mention was made prvious to booking. There was no hot water!

Money grab.

Liked: It was a clean hotel, aside from the roaches.
Disliked: HAD NO HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK STAY!!!! COULD NOT EVEN WASH MY DISABLED SONS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. NOTHING WAS SAID TO US AT TIME OF CHECK IN, AND NOTHING GOT FIXED THE ENTIRE STAY. Staff kept lying to us, saying, "we've been trying to get our maintenance guy in. "... (never happened).. the manager said, "Give me ten minutes. I'll go turn the water heaters up" only to make it to where there wasn't even WARM water. Was told we would be reimbursed for our stay... have yet to see anything back, but the sure we're quick to take our money knowing full well they didn't have any hot water and watched us check in with our disabled son. I have been staying in hotels for 4 years now for work, and this has by far been the worst hotel I've stayed in. Mainly due to the staff being absolute garbage and blatantly lying to our faces for a consistent 3 days. Not to mention the warm season is just starting and their OUTSIDE POOL IS ALREADY CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. AND AGAIN NOTHING WAS SAID PRIOR TO THE STAY. 10/10 I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Disliked: I can’t I have anything I didn’t like. I even checked in like around noon
