Good location, but actual room...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was smaller than the one I booked. The Queen room advertised on booking.com was around 400 sqft, with two windows and a desk that is separate from the coffee table. The actual room was significantly smaller, had a single window, and the coffee appliance and other clutter on the same desk, making it hard to use a laptop. I notified the staff but they didn’t have any other room available and they hardly followed up on the matter during my stay. I mainly booked the room for it’s space, so I found the inaccurate pics and area size displayed in booking.com to be misleading and a form of false advertisement.

Good, other than missing/misinformation.
Liked: The location was pretty good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was construction everywhere, so it’s not the most accessible. They didn’t inform, prior to booking, that parking costs $15/day. Also, I’m sure that the rooms I selected when I was booking said they had 2 Queen beds in each, but they only had one in each.

Good
Liked: It was everything I want in a hotel such as being close to restaurants and other things to do .The hotel does not have things that I'm forced to pay for but hardly ever use such as a pool and a city view. Included with every room is a small but satisfying breakfast.
Disliked: It was not a problem for me but some may find the parking lot small and hard to navigate.

Liked: We never got to stay there.
Disliked: About 2 hours before we were arriving from out of town, we were informed that our room was cancelled due to wildfire evacuees needing the room. As they were a Red Cross hotel, they had no choice but to cancel us.While.i understand the need for evacuees to have a place to stay, 2 hrs prior notice is not acceptable to have to find other arrangements, as well as paying another $100 more than expected at another hotel. On top.of that, I'm glad we found a place to stay as it was Rider home opener and difficult to find other option.

Challenging due to construction, but...
Liked: The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was clean. The building is locked at night for security reasons, which I appreciated and I felt safe.
Disliked: The tub stopper didn't work, so you couldn't use the bath tub. When you turned the water on the shower leaked like crazy, so I got soaked just trying to start the water. The parking at the property is terrible - there is all kinds of construction going on and you have to walk at least a block carrying your luggage to check in. Even getting close to the hotel right now is a challenge - it would have been nice if there were instructions given on the best way to get to the hotel during construction.
