Disliked: I made my reservation on booking.com and I phoned the hotel to confirm, however when my coworkers went to check in they were told their reservation was not in the system and they had to go to another hotel.

Disliked: It is quite a ways to haul luggage from parking lot, especially in the winter and I don’t agree with charging for parking when your already paying over $200 a night

Friendly Staff, Convenient Location

Liked: The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating as we ended up with an extra family member for one night of our stay. The breakfast buffet had quite a few options. We were always able to find parking in the adjacent lot.
Disliked: Our room smelled quite smoky even though it was advertised as a non-smoking. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and the bathroom garbage hadn't been emptied when we first checked in. Everything else was clean, however.

Liked: Very nice. Bed was comfortable. Clean.
Disliked: When I arrived, there were a lot of young men hanging out at the parking lot.
