Plenty of other hotels to stay in the area; the room was decent but having an issue and bringing it to the attention of the management and staff with no acknowledgement does not make this a place we want to come back to.

Liked: Roomy.
Disliked: No fans in the bathroom and no circulation at all. I am surprised this passed permitting. We mentioned to the staff and also sent an email and never received a response.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again!

Overall, everything else was great.

Disliked: The breakfast was great; however, I did find a hair on my omelet. I showed up a little late for breakfast and I was looking forward for some pancakes, but the bag of batter ran out and the employee there refused to put a new bag because she said, "breakfast will be over in few minutes."

Disliked: The walls are too thin and we were on the first floor, so we heard all the noise even at night it was worse! The carpet looked dirty, the bed made noise and was not comfortable at all! The air conditioning was a joke and didn't work unless we put it to freezing, and they came to check it out but still was hot in the room.It was over 100 degrees in Rancho Mirage!

Liked: We arrived to our room, no kingsize bed, we were explained if you book through a third party vs your website they can change our reservation, cis what ever that is, ok. First room tv didn’t work, 2nd room it was 79 degrees, a/c wouldn’t come on, was told to turn it down to 64 degrees and in 15 minutes it would get cold, this is very wrong wrong info! While speaking with the representative the a/c condenser kicked on, about 5 minutes later, it just was a little slow in kicking in and was fine there after thank goodness!Being a/c certified for over 30 years, and in the industry a little longer, you don’t turn the tstat down to 55-64 degrees at any given time, it doesn’t get colder faster, in which the young man argued about, it will however freeze up the coils fry the fuse and or compassitor, and actually take away the life of the a/c unit! The unit has a delay and unfortunately i did not allow for that, my mindset was when we get back from the concert i did not want to sleep in a hot room, my apologies! As a VP executive we want our equipment to last and be operated correctly so our replacement costs hit our budgets timely pending the accountable life of them! You are in a sunbelt area that maybe a little traing on operations of machinery will give better understanding to your employees and less problems on down the road! Our stay was very good and thank you!
