Plenty of other hotels to stay in the area; the room was decent but having an issue and bringing it to the attention of the management and staff with no acknowledgement does not make this a place we want to come back to.

Liked: Roomy.
Disliked: No fans in the bathroom and no circulation at all. I am surprised this passed permitting. We mentioned to the staff and also sent an email and never received a response.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again!

Disliked: The pool was not in great shape - cloudy water, lots of leaves floating in pool - spa didn't look inviting. We planned on a couple of hours to cool off in pool area, but skipped it, because of the condition of the pool water and surrounding patio. It was over 100 degrees that day, so quite disappointing to find we were so hesitant to use the facility.

Disliked: The swim pool and amenities were in poor condition and offered no shelter from the sun.

Disappointed the smell of urine...

Liked: Wrong location, I wanted Indio. I noticed one minute after I made reservation. They would have charged me $57.95. The hotel staff said I could call the 3rd party Priceline to cancel at no cost. Priceline told me the hotel wouldn’t make exceptions and the fee was for them. I hate being lied to by staff, by third parties. See I work with hotels, I’ve had non refundable fees refunded for legit reasons, especially when because of bookings errors.
Disliked: Worse problem the bed smelled like pee. The door had to be fought either to open. I do engineering and the door needed to be fixed. The tv remote wouldn’t work one night. I had gone to the front desk for help after midnight and the very slow moving staff was obviously bothered having to get up. She was very unhappy.No one offered any sort of compensation and when it smelled like pee I should have been moved or refunded.
