The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating but after having to change rooms due to a broken bed, table and lights not working and food left in fridge, we were told our room rates would be less. One room was charged correctly but we were charged for two rooms when another family already paid for one of our reservations. So really my group was charged for 3 rooms on a 2 room reservation! Rooms were clean and beds were great! Just definitely needs some maintenance in areas. And for front desk to pay attention to how they charge. Will be calling today to get this mess figured out!

Liked: The room is clean and is superior to other hotel rooms. The bed is soft and comfortable. There are added perks like blackout curtains and beautiful lighting. Staff is helpful.
