Had to stay somewhere else

Disliked: I specifically booked this place because it was a newer facility and it had a pool. We were taking my grandkids there for the pool since school was out. When we arrived they had closed the pool. No refund! We had to get a room somewhere else. They could have at least given some sort of refund. I was extremely disappointed. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Liked: Wonderful staff. Ready to help! Bed was comfortable. GREAT breakfast and the lady working to keep it filled was a ray of sunshine!

Liked: The breakfast Helen who prepares the breakfast is such a lovely bouncy person and would be the only reason anyone would go back
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they were no plates bowls cups knives for spoons in the kitchenette but there was a microwave
