Find a friendly hotel and...

Liked: This our second year we stayed at this location. We visit our Grandchildren who live close by ,this year we brought our pet dog, Chula, a 5 year old Chihuahua. Since this facility is pet friendly and the pet fee is $50.
Disliked: The manager Tiffanie checked us into the facility and could see we had our dog with us. She had us sign a pet policy, which stated if we had complaints, we would have to place the pet elsewhere. We were asked to leave the hotel due to complaints that our dog was barking. She approached me very aggressively stating we need to leave without refunding us the last 2 days stay. We spent over $600 for our hotel stay, not including staff tips. The Assistant Manager, did not ask me for my side or allowed me to explain. Across the hall, there was a dog barking for more than a half hour and assumed it was our dog. After contacting our booking agent, Tiffanie agreed to refund 1 night stay. We will never stay at the place again!!

Other that th pool everything...

Liked: The breakfast food and choice made available was very good.
Disliked: The pool heater was not on as advertised, b ut that was fine. The water was very murky You could not see the bottom of e pool.. The grandchild did not want to swim in it.
