Liked: The friendly and courteous staff.
Disliked: Their breakfast didn't always have all the food. Sometimes it was make-shift. I was always early so it wasn't running out. Ice machine on my floor never worked i was there for two weeks.

Liked: I booked a king suite with a pull out bed I got a king room but no pull out bed for my kids. I asked the lady at the desk for an extra blanket for my children she stated there was none. The price did not match the 112.00 I booked for on booking, I was a bit confused but she didn’t explain the reason it wasn’t matching I later read on booking it was the refundable 50.00 damage fee. She was short and told me to ask a manager in the morning. We called down to the desk to ask if they sold drinks (soda, water etc.) she also stated no. Clearly this morning there was a cooler being stocked with drinks. The location and facility was great just the service at the front desk wasn’t what I expected or have ever dealt with in the past.
