Nice place, nice staff but...

Liked: Front desk was friendly as were any staff I encountered. The rooms were spacious. Had a minifridge & Microwave. Breakfast was fresh and decent for being included. Upon request they have me a 30 minute extended check out time.
Disliked: I needed some ice packs frozen because traveling long distance with food due to Childs food allergies. Mini fridge didn't have a freezer. Asked front desk to freeze overnight but they didn't freeze at all (maybe the have a crappy freezer) so I had to scramble to find zip lock bags locally to make Ice packs for my cooler. This was the reason I needed to request an extended check-out time.Then the elevator broke and there is only 1 (a place this big should have 2 in my opinion). We had heavy bags so stairs were a task when traveling alone with a child. Do I leave my bags or child unattended while I go up and down to get the heavy bags downstairs? Luckily the staff was friendly and helped me bring down the bags. But I lost a bit of travel time. There was no sign on the door so we waited quite a bit thinking maybe staff was loading and needed extra time using the elevator. It wasn't until a cleaning person walked up to me to tell me it wasn't working. She was sweet and arranged for someone to help me. Someone came up in a few minutes and he was very sweet. They should have immediately put up a sign on each floor by the elevator. What I really want to say is what happens if someone is disabled and unable to take the stairs? Then what do they do?I lost about an hour of my morning by the time I had to travel to find zip bags for the Ice packs and then getting downstairs when the elevator broke. Thankful I was driving to my destination and not on my way to an airport or it would have been way more problematic. HI might want to have better training and contingency plans for staff on how to help guests the next time the elevator goes out. May also want to get a community freezer for guests needs.

Nice place, very clean.

Liked: Staff was very nice. Location is good. Room was clean. Snacks/drinks available for purchase.
Disliked: Room was dated. Bathroom could use an update. Thought the price for the room for a night was a little steep given that we were so far away from Philadelphia.
