Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, great coffee (freshly ground beans in espresso machine/multiple creamer flavors), great shower water pressure, free hot breakfast and cookies.
Disliked: N/a

No problem with facility.

Liked: I’ve been billed twice for one night stay. I paid when checking in and booking.com put stay on my credit card. Not happy traveler!
Disliked: Property was fine. Knew nothing about Booking.com so I had to pay. My bank Navyfederal said they paid holiday Inn and holiday inn said they needed paid when I checked in. Real mess up. I’m out the money and will avoid both booking.com @ Holiday Inn, in the future!

Mildew smell and damp room.

Liked: I liked the location off the highway.
Disliked: The front desk person for knowledge about the Holiday Inn policy to allow motorcycle s to park under the palsade at night. The room had a mildew and pet urine smell.It was completely damp in the room. Needs HVAC fixed
