The best option for your...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location for all Oro Valley activities. It has a good price point considering that there are very few options this far north of Tucson. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It is an older hotel so it looks a little frayed around the edges. My door was really hard to shut. I was missing the laundry bag that they normally supply. There was no extra blanket in the closet like there sometimes is.

Convenient location to visit family...

Liked: Convenient, clean, and comfortable
Disliked: No issues

For a place to stay...

Liked: Friendly staff. Rooms were nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The pool actually had garbage laying in the bottom of the pool at both ends and had lots of bugs floating on top. There were tables out there but no chairs to sit in.

Not sure I'll stay here...

Liked: Nice variety of breakfast, nice big dining room. Shower and supply of shampoos and conditioners was great.
Disliked: Wet stains on the carpet, I had to use the towels to cover them up. The pool needs massive work and at least a chair. The chair in the corner would have been comfy but it was also nasty, and only half of the light bulbs worked in the whole room
