Good

Liked: It was extremely close to the venue for a game I attended which is why I stayed here.
Disliked: The beds were very low and I have slept on more comfortable beds. I only stayed the one night but before 9am already had housekeeping knocking on the door it was like they couldn't wait to have me out. Checking out took awhile I asked for a receipt still had to wait close to 10 minutes. The gal behind the desk looked new on the job so that could be why. While she was helping a customer ahead of me and then me the phone rang 2 times it was like no one wanted to answer it. While I was checking out a guy from the back came out to get a bottle of water he ignored the phone ringing and I know he worked there. Totally unorganized in my honest opinion.

Liked: The bed was semi comfortable, the breakfast was good, the lobby was clean.
Disliked: The check-in was different because I was told they didn't have enough keys so could only give me one for our room. The next morning I took a shower and went to dry my hair and a cockroach crawled out from the hair dryer on the wall and crawled all over the hair dryer. When I told the front desk staff they just made a yuck face and said thanks for telling me and said they would tell "them" about it. I had to ask the person to ensure housekeeping made a deep cleaning of the room.

Disliked: more options in vending machine for a quick snack/bite in hotel..honestly there are restaurants m/gas stations around but was lazy too walk. Overall good stay, im just being nitpicky 10/10

Liked: I was there for four nights I put my do not disturb sign out and not once did have a housekeeper knock on my door. There was always someone at the desk or nearby every time I entered or exited the building
