Due to the problems encountered...

Liked: The location is good. That is the reason we picked the location. We have stayed there in the past. The front desk clerk was nice. I believe his name was Gabe?? The room was comfortable on we finally got a clean one.,
Disliked: The management was rude and so were some of the cleaning staff. Most didn't speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them. We arrived at 3:30 and no double rooms were ready for us to check in. Found that odd since check in is at 3:00. When the clerk thought he had a room, we went with our cart full of luggage to the room and it had not been cleaned. There was a housekeeper shampooing the carpet in the elevator and she it stalled so we could not get up and down. I knocked on the elevator door and called out so she could hear me, and another housekeeper came around the corner and yelled at me an shook her finger at me, and walked off. When I was finally able to get downstairs, the desk clerk went to check another room on a different floor. We went back up to that room with all of our stuff and the door key wouldn't work in the door. I had to go back down to the front desk again. This time the manager was there, and when I voiced my frustration, all she said was "If she doesn't like it here, just give her a refund!" Didn't ask what was wrong, or offer any kind of sympathy for the situation. When I asked if there was something she could do, all she told me was since I reserved through Booking.com, I would have to call them. I told her we had to stay there, we booked weeks ago. The nice front desk clerk, finally found us a clean room, so back up the elevator we had to go. The elevator floor was soapy and wet from the shampooing, and my friend slipped on water on the floor . Luckily she did not fall down! This whole ordeal lasted over and hour and made us late to our reservation.

Filthy Room

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: When we first arrived and started settling into the room we thought for a second that we had mistakenly entered somebody else's room because it was clear that it wasn't cleaned. Even the previous guests room keys were left behind. Trash from the previous guest was still in the fridge, and on one of the nightstands. There were crumbs everywhere, the bathroom had strands of hair everywhere, and garbage from the previous guest was stashed behind the TV. Uploaded a picture of the mirror to show some sort of mystery liquid was never cleaned off of it. Even the hair dryer had been left out. When we woke the next morning and started getting ready to leave, we noticed there was no housekeeping anywhere to be found. Whoever was at the front desk seemed to be hiding from customers. If there was an option to upload more than four photos we would because the room was absolutely disgusting.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was watery and cold and the room smelled SO BAD the entire stay. The one elevator was down when we were trying to leave so we had carry all of out luggage down the stairs.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Disliked: Booked for the jacuzzi but it was not operational. Pancake machine wasn't working for breakfast either.

Exceptional

Liked: It's clean and really quiet
Disliked: There is only 1 elevator

Not comfortable.

Liked: Employees were professional and helpful. Night manager Brandon was helpful every time we asked something of him.
Disliked: Lumpy mattress, TV, Frig not working properly.
