Room fine but rude receptionist...
Liked: Room & bathroom were fine. Easy access to hotel from I-80 after a full day of traveling.
Disliked: I booked a king room on Booking.com for my husband & myself BEFORE arriving at the hotel. Upon arrival after a full day of traveling, we were told by a quite rude gal at reception that there were no king rooms available & there had been none available all day. Soooo......Booking.com let me book the room so now what? We asked what is available? She said they had 6 suites available but made us wait until she heard from her manager before we cld get our room. They did give us a suite for the same price as the king rm. but the suite was just 1 large room with a small sofa. IMHO if the hotel is not happy with BOOKING.COM, then don't partner with them. Do not blame the customer! Also the lighting in the room was very very poor. The receptionist upon ck out was very pleasant.

Exceptional
Liked: It was clean and very comfortable. The morning staff (lady at front desk) was very friendly and outgoing! Great breakfast.
Disliked: Young man at desk to check us in was not real friendly. You could tell he didn't like his job very much. We seemed to be an unwanted interruption for him.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast.
Disliked: Booking.com and the hotel some how overlooked this booking and "couldn't find my reservation". GM Katie re made my reservation under their own system (I added an additional room). I got charged for my two rooms PLUS this room that got overlooked. I'm awaiting a 100% refund PLUS an inconvenience fee of 20% on top of that for this original booking because someone, somewhere did not see my reservation.
