Liked: Cleanliness, easy access, desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the overall price for a night was affordable especially since we were in town for dr visit and HAD to be there
Disliked: Only problem we had was coffee maker would t work but that is only minimal, not a big deal

Liked: I was happy with my stay. Quiet. Clean
Disliked: I chose this Hotel because of having indoor pool. Except the pool was unavailable due to repairs. I didn't like there wasn't a shuttle from airport.

Liked: The staff was great! Manager, Chris, tried to help me with a problem I had at another HIE location and very helpful. Our family of 10 enjoyed the rooms, delicious breakfast and swimming pool!
