Disliked: The front desk tried to scam us for extra money. We paid with booking.com then upon check in they tried to charge a 25.00 “incidental” fee that could only be charged to a bank card. We know there has been a scam going on to get peoples banking information and saw this as that.

Worst stay or non-stay ever...

Disliked: The front desk experience was the worst I have ever had at any hotel. The front desk help Hellen felt that I was rude for being upset for not being aloud to check in at 215am while traveling alone, because she was running an audit. She greeted me with a poor attitude as if I was putting her out by showing up at the time I placed on my reservation. She then escalated the situation by calling me rude and calling the cops to escort me off the property and refused to allow me to check into my room. She also refused to call management and went straight to calling police. I work in a critical care health care setting where I have to keep my calm daily, so the amount of “attitude” that she thought she received was very dramatized. The manager of the property was very kind and helpful in getting my refund back to me. It’s just a shame that people like Hellen are aloud to work in hospitality and she was so willing to put me in an unsafe situation while traveling alone. If greeted with a different attitude, the situation could have been much different.

Liked: It was really clean. I’m a complete clean freak so this is important to me. No bad smells, property was clean, room super clean and the sheet smelled great.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but could use a little more tlc and freshness.
