Liked: The hotel was clean. The room was very spacious. The hot tub was nice and felt amazing.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Things were either out or had been sitting there too long.

Liked: My reservation had to be modified, and the clerk was so very patient and helpful. She went above and beyond what I expected.Liked the walk-in shower; have had knee surgery, so climbing into a tub is difficult. Pillows weren't overstuffed and so more comfortable for my taste. Breakfast was typical, but in a good way.
Disliked: There are no restaurants near the hotel.

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs were tasteless, the omelettes tasted old and looked over cooked like they set the ones from the day before out and re- heated them, the automatic pancake machine made the pancakes but they were like rubbery and not good. They said there would be bacon and there was no bacon ( probably for the best ) the sausage links were ok, nothing to look too forward too, the biscuit and gravy was maybe the real only thing that had any flavor. The orange juice machine made the orange juice taste watered down, I didn’t even touch the oatmeal it looked like slop in a bucket, left hungry and disappointed, The room was ok, the A/C wouldn’t get the room cool enough so it was stuffy all night long I had the thermostat set to 68, and our room was right next to the elevator shaft to it made the room vibrate the entire time we were in the room.

Liked: I hade prepared for my room but upon arrival they asked for my bank card for there policy I bank with sofi they advised me they do not accept sofi bank and would not let me check in I still have not received a refund I had to find another hotel to stay at even though I paied in advance here
