Liked: Yall stole my deposit

Great stay

Liked: Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast smelled amazing. I didn't have time to eat but did see they had real food. Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, all the basics.

Mediocre

Liked: Locaruin was ok.
Disliked: Air conditioning made loud mechanical noises all night.

Disappointed with this Holiday Inn...

Liked: The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was acceptable.Location met our needs.
Disliked: The public places did not appear clean, the carpets needed vacuumed. In our room, there was hair and a bit of paper on the floor from the previous guest. A spot on a bath towel and the other one had the hem mostly torn off hanging loose.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was not friendly nor helpful, and we waited 15 minutes for her to come to the front to check us in. When she did show up she did not greet us, she gave us the key card and said any information we needed was inside.

Bed bugs! I'll never waste...

Liked: The location was maybe. Hard to find honestly
Disliked: The hotel has bed bugs. Im all bit up and in terrible shape.

Liked: It was clean and comfy
Disliked: They took $50 out of my account as a temporary hold, Ive stayed here multiple times in the past and they’ve never done that, I feel like the woman only did it because she thought I looked young and stupid/reckless and I still haven’t got my money back a month later!
