We were very impressed with the level of service and the cleanliness of this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated the hospitality. We already have plans to return to this exact hotel next year for the Big 12 tournament. Thanks again to the terrific staff.

Liked: Great hotel and staff. The person who greeted us was warm and friendly and very helpful.

Disappointing

Liked: I appreciated the cleanliness.
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast or the look of the room with fold out bed. It could really use a face-lift and new furniture and fold out couch. And the surface of the pool needs repainting.

Liked: i was pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was!
Disliked: They were under renovations so understandably there was some things to maneuver around. Staff was very helpful and upfront about reno.

Liked: It was a very clean and nice place as well as all the staff very nice and friendly people.
Disliked: My neighbors were very loud and yelling throughout the whole night had to call the front desk and complain.
