Massively disappointing.

Liked: Very little. Extremely disappoionting experience. I'll never come back.
Disliked: The laundry didn't work, and the best they could do was to suggests walking beside the highway several minutes to a partner hotel to use *their* laundry. The elevators didn't work - I'm told it will be a week before they repair them. Having a child on crutches, this was less than optimal, especially with several suitcases. they did at least carry these up (but not down) the stairs. Despite these inconveniences, the staff seemed genuinely off-put by us asking for four bottle of water for our room, rather than the customary two, despite us having two parents and two children staying with them. Sorry, but a hotel with no elevator, an unusable laundry and staff that didn't exactly seem to be inspired to go above and beyond is pretty appalling for a major brand like Holiday Inn. I frankly won't stay at the brand again, anywhere.

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The breakfast offerings were great. The bed was comfortable and there was no lack of hot water in the shower. The location made it possible for us to travel around the area without having to deal with the traffic on route 1.
Disliked: It can get quite noisy with people and kids running around.

Disliked: A little noisey at night with guests. Wet floors near and on the elevator, would have been a slipping hazard.
