Extremely comfortable bed and pillows,...

Liked: Bed was the best ever very comfortable, pillows excellent with a variety of types to choose from, I get a sore neck so this was very important to me. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Location close to shopping. only complaints was the shower either didn't work or we couldn't find anything on or under the tap to turn it on and bathroom could have used some repairs to torn wallpaper and caulking around the tub but we understood pet friendly rooms were probably older rooms. My husband didn't like the bagged eggs (scrambled looking) suggest to use fresh eggs. The rest of the breakfast was good. But we would stay there again because the beds are fantastic and the pillows and it was very quiet. My husband said he had the best sleep ever.
Disliked: Short tub and shower not working. We have soaker tubs at home so I like a deeper tub.

Disliked: The front desk lady was unclear and rude about taking my deposit method. Paying for the deposit wasn't an issue it was her attitude and she cancelled my reservation. I then had to drive 1hr away to get into a room somewhere else. Won't be staying there anymore after that. Submitted a formal complaint to IGH, I believe I was racially profiled as an Indigenous person.

Disliked: My dad left his baseball hat that he’s had for 20 years at the hotel. He called and they said they had it and they refused to mail it out to him even after he offered to pay. Unbelievable
