Don’t count on your reservation

Liked: I had a reservation you took the money from my account that morning I tried checking in at 3:30 p m NO RESERVATION. NO ROOMS TO RENT NO HELP FROM FRONT DESK
Disliked: I did not like that there was no concern empathy anything although I had a reservation so I could be fully present at the hospital with my mom. Took two hours to find another place.

Very good

Liked: Perfect location and comfortable room
Disliked: Poorest breakfast in the world, served on paper plates with plastic forks. Absolutely no vegetables. Housekeeping needs tips prior to provide service. If you leave no tips in the room you will not be properly served - only towels changing, but no amenities refill, bed service, nothing. Staff refused to provide the receipt for the booking made through booking.com

Liked: The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a little dated, and the chlorine was a bit much, but it was nice.

Disliked: Room smelled moldy, could not get an ice bucket, staff said they were all out. Had a suite with 2 tvs but only had one remote, staff said that's all they had. Smelled moldy and floor felt damp. Couldn't keep room air regulated. We all woke up stuffy with put eyes burning. As soon as we checked out that morning early,as we were to stay another night, all our symptoms cleared up. Has to go across the street to another hotel and pay more due to late booking. But had no issuses there. This was one of the worst places we've stayed and we travel alot .

It was okay.

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel.
Disliked: The entire room was not clean very well. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom had pieces of hair in the tub and on the floor. The tile around the baseboard was broken and on the floor. The light in the ceiling did not work.

It was not the best.

Liked: The close proximity to what we needed.
Disliked: One bed at our room was falling off on one side. We were transferred to room 125 that was completely terrible. Was smelling of dust. The vacuum was still in the room. One side of the curtain was falling off. Informed the front desk and the person told us that we could only stay in that room or go back to the room we had come from and that the bed would take time to be repaired. As we were deliberating on going back to the room we had come from, a maintenance personnel came and reported to us that he was in the process of working on that room and that no one needed to be there. Eventually we were given another room. The breakfast was the same thing everyday.
