Liked: The staff was amazing. The hotel was very nice, and the room was spacious and great for our family. Breakfast was wonderful, so many options. Indoor pool provided relief from the heat and the sun.
Disliked: The room the door stop was punched into the wall, and we found a few random items that were probably left behind from the previous visitors some of which were questionable but what got me, was the used q tips. However, staff was phenomenal by far, so I to complain about the minor inconveniences that I could just deal with were ever much worth it!

Liked: The hotel was great, the location was accessible, and the staff was amazing. The pool was open 24 hours/day, which was nice; it was also very clean and very warm.
Disliked: We only had two issues. 1. We could not get the in-room wi-fi to work, so we were not able to cast to the TV. 2. Breakfast is 4:00-9:00 AM, which is great for commuters and truck drivers; however, it is a bit rough, especially on a saturday for the average travelers.

Liked: The bed the size of the room the cleanliness
Disliked: The hot tub was not workingThe handicap shower was not safe for my disabled wife to use, and I non physically disabled almost fell and pulled a tendon in my hip getting out of it. The shower curtain rail also fell off during my shower, allowing the floor to get soaked. I mentioned these issues to the hotel staff, they said they would look into the repairs and have shower floor clings in the office if we stay there again. At the price, it should have been right the 1st time.
