Great place to stay.

Liked: The whole stay was great we came bⁿecause family member had kidney tppr⁰an⁰splant. Nice clean comfortable and we convenient. Very sweet and compassionate customer service great.
Disliked: Even though the price was a little above my budget right now, everything was great.

Liked: Great location , meets all of Nashville traveler needs
Disliked: Front desk staff are unprofessional. I saw several guests being treated with disrespect . Told to wait with no explanation when they were just trying to ask a question. Staff taking breaks in public areas

Good Hotel.... but with major...

Liked: Good size room, general hotel facilities were good, all but one staff - excellent.
Disliked: Receptionist (African American girl) when checking in was unhelpful to the point of rude. Big sigh when we appeared at desk, gave us form to fill in - complete usual details, including car plate. We have a rental - so check key fob in front of her - no joy. My wife told receptionist she would go out and check the car in the car park. My wife goes out and the receptionist then tells me to just sign the form anyway as the plate number doesn't matter!! Asked her about taxi into town (it's an Uber - between $6 and $10 plus tip each way) - answered us like we were children when we didn't understand her first time (we are from. UK - unfamiliar accent / terms). Her name badge was hidden under her clothing, and we were so annoyed we snuck in a photo for idenfification. We watched other guests being treated with similarly disdain - and on reading reviews find numerous comments on non-specific reception staff. As the rest of the staff we dealt with / spoke to over our 3 night stay were excellent (we avoided our "problem girl"), we are probably all giving feedback on the same girl. The rest of the staff at this hotel were brilliant - but this girl is letting down the reception, the team and the hotel.IHG need to act - this girl is simply out of kilter with their staff here and elsewhere.

Disliked: Noisy roads by the hotel so very loud at night!

Very pleased for the most...

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good, the room was beautiful. They have a small convenience corner of snacks, drinks and frozen meals. The pool was warm, the gym has elliptical machines as well as free weights and a bench.
Disliked: The mattress was a little stiff, but pillows were cozy!

Liked: The hotel is very comfortable! The room is clean, smells nice everywhere! The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Nice women in the kitchen! The bed is ooooh, it's great! We didn't want to leave. I definitely recommend it!
