Staff very friendly; rooms clean; bed comfortable. Only downside was hot breakfast items were bland, hard (eggs, biscuits).

Liked: Spacious, clean room with mini refrigerator, microwave. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Hard scrambed eggs; hard biscuits.

Disliked: We arrived and the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. He seemed mad that we booked online instead of directly. This hotel was awful and we ended up leaving without ever staying there. My husband went to the store across the street and it had a guard at the door, plexi glass around the attendant and metal bars around the windows. There were several people doing drugs in the parking lot of the property. The hotel was run down and in a very unsafe neighborhood. We left immediately and never even stayed there.

Disliked: staff was average - not super helpful. seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Disliked: They need a hire some security. There were 10 cars that the windows were broken into. They staff said this happens alot. So be careful!
