Liked: It’s proximity to everything
Disliked: There were several baseball families that were loud and the kids were had trash and food in the pool and my family couldn’t use. We asked a couple families to ask their teams to be respectful of others and they didn’t, so went to the desk but nothing was done.

Liked: Bed comfortable
Disliked: Staff seemed to be rather incompetent, breakfast had no food at 6:45:in the morning and when they cleaned our room they took the dirty towels but left NO clean towels ??

It was a pleasant, comfortable...
Liked: The front desk staff and continental staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No one cleaned my room during my stay although I and I had to ask for more towels.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Location was near many restaurants and shops and not far from the expressway, making it easy to get to.
Disliked: My only complaint was that we choose this hotel because it mentioned having streaming services (like Netflix) in the rooms. However, when we arrived, even though Netflix was an option on the remote, it kept saying it was unavailable whenever we clicked on it. The hotel staff informed us that they didn't have the correct remotes, so accessing Netflix in the room was unavailable. This was by no means a deal breaker on whether or not you should stay at this hotel, and I would stay here again without hesitation, but it was a bummer because my daughter and I were looking forward to bingeing some netflix over the weekend. We ended up going next door to Meijer and purchased an Amazon Firestick which worked perfectly for our plans.
