Nice staff

Liked: I waited an hour for my room & then it was dirty. They said I would get some points but I never got them. I feel like they should've gave me a discount or at least the points. Guy in the morning was so nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room not clean. Plus toilet paper was used. The price I paid and couldn't even get a fresh roll of toilet paper. No tissue for your noise in the bathroom ( Just an empty box).

The staff could be more...

Liked: While the check in staff was unprofessional. The housekeeping manager stepped in and was kind enough to check and see if there was a room available right away for us to get into.
Disliked: The check in staff was not welcoming and very rude. We traveled from out of state and requested early check in due to having an event right away. Called before we left that morning and was told we would receive a call back and never did. The check in staff was rude regarding the situation and had an attitude throughout the entire process. Wish the staff was nicer.
