Atypically unpleasant

Disliked: I’ve stayed at this location many times and this time was not pleasant. Firstly, the pool was ice cold. My daughter was excited all week leading up to our stay because of the pool. She loves to swim. She put her foot in and immediately jumped out. It was far too cold to enjoy. Secondly, between ironing dress clothes and microwaving leftover spaghetti, the smoke alarm was activated. 30 minutes later, at 945pm, two hotel associates knocked on my door and walked into my room, my crying daughter in my arms, to investigate. I understand they need to see what’s going on, but there was obviously no smoke and my daughter was very freaked out by the loud noise, and it was frustrating having them standing in my room texting with their manager. This location had been my favorite place to stay, but I will be searching other accommodations in the future.

Liked: They are remodeling so it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Don’t like all the interstate noise. Toilet was loose and tipped forward Need to add a hot tub to the pool area
