Hoilday Inn Nightmare

Liked: Overall the stay and the room were ok. That is until we happened to wake up at 2 am to find hugh cockroached (2 to be exact) in our room. Somehow that runined everything else. My wife didn't want to go back to sleep for fear of what else might be lurking. The pool and jacuzzi were exceptional

Liked: Breakfast had some good choices and coffee was available all the time.
Disliked: The office manager explained that the A/C units were to be replaced soon as my compliant was the noise when A/C came on to cool the room, because my bed was next to the window. The manager gave me credit towards the bill at check out, so I appreciated!

We paid $225 for one...

Liked: I liked the location. The breakfast was great and so was the staff.
Disliked: I didn't like the bed. It was too hard. The shower was extremely small and the toilet water pressure was so low. We had to flush the toilet several times before the toilet paper would go down. We paid $225 for one night and was expecting a better room for that rate. Not very satisfied.
