Liked: Very clean hotel. Front desk staff excellent. Great complimentary breakfast.

Was in Mobile for Spring Fling Blues Concert. Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. No complaints. Will definitely stay again next year.

Disliked: The breakfast was good but set up was scattered. The grits and oatmeal were at one end of the bar and the hot water was at the other end. The waffle mix was a bit confusing - it said push but there were 3 different directions to push. The set up should be set so items that you need for a particular dish are close together.

I attend the Blues Fest every year - this will be my hotel. I like the fact that our rooms were ready when we arrived at 9:00am.

Liked: The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. They were patient and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The room was nothing like we saw from the images ln the website. We booked a suite to have a separation between room and let out bed. That was not what we received. When asked about the room we booked, the manager stated there are no rooms there that look like that. That is false advertising. We should have booked the 2 queen beds instead. The room did not match what we spent. We were placed on the 3rd floor and our view was nothing pleasant. This weekend was full of all star players so it was a bit noisy, but overall fun!

Liked: I was there for several days. They changed the free breakfast buffet up a little which was unexpected and nice. It was one of the better free breakfasts for a hotel. The staff were friendly.
