Very good

Liked: The room was really cosey, hd two tvs which was a plus for me and my daughter. Staff were brilliant and very attenetive to needs, and very freindly, had some loveley converstations hotel is warm and cosy.
Disliked: The breakfast there is room for improvement, there could be a bit more on offer, there was only ever 3 main hot options available, which was pretty much the same everyday, which i didnt think worked well together.

Liked: Not much , the bed was nice and it was quiet and staff was nice
Disliked: The food, broken sauna, no water bottles, had to ask for an mother blanket for my daughter and pillow even though we had three as our reservation

Disliked: I stayed there for two nights. The room was extremely cold on the first night, so I turned the temperature up to the highest setting. The next morning, I went to the reception to report the issue and also asked if I could change rooms. They told me there were no available rooms at the moment, but assured me that they would check the heating system and resolve the problem that same day.Unfortunately, nothing was fixed. I returned to my room around midnight and once again turned the heat up to the maximum, but the room remained cold. The next morning, I woke up feeling cold and sick. I informed the reception again, but they didn’t respond or offer any assistance.Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
