Disliked: I don’t know what happened but they did not have a lot of people’s reservations including mine through booking dot com. Tv didn’t work and was told you’ll have to complain to booking about no reservations even with a confirmation and pin number. Someone dropped the ball big time and I am not happy with booking or Holiday Inn

Disliked: Lady at check in desk had no customer service at all. Had to ring bell and she appeared to be waking up from being a sleep. Explained the bare minimum whilst yawning and running her eyes. Very poor first impression.

Liked: 24 hr coffee; lobby area was comfortable; breakfast was good and area was clean; server in breakfast area was very pleasant and professional; room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We really like using the pool at night. The pool description said it was a heated pool; the area was heated; however, the pool was too cold for comfort. We tried to use it; couldn’t.
