Bedbugs, stay away!!!!

Liked: Nothing, except it was a good location for our needs.
Disliked: The property had bed bugs, which we have proof of and despite the truth, they tried to say that it was ants. After doing some research of recent reviews of the facility, we found MULTIPLE reviews of other guests experiencing the same problem of the bed bug infestations. The check in staff was helpful and accommodating,however, after we presented the bug that we had caught in the room, their demeanor changed dramatically. They were very unhelpful and tried to push us out of the room despite their knowing we were there for my Dad’s funeral and we had no time to get another hotel before the funeral. It was very disappointing because we had stayed there before with no issues. We have recommended that facility to multiple people and family members, however, we’re afraid that will no longer be the case.

Liked: Property was nice. People were nice. The desk clerk helped remedy our situation.
Disliked: Bathroom had many hairs on bathroom floor The floor did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The front desk clerk came and mopped it. Cleaned s best as he could as no maid was on the property at the time.
