This hotel forgot that they...

Liked: Room was clean upon arrival; coffee was good.
Disliked: Noisy (the choice of flooring resulted in hearing the neighbors above you). Lack of housekeeping and cleaning of commons areas. I saw the same trash and mess in the elevator during my entire stay. Half of the TV channels did not work. The front desk staff were not very hospitable.

Liked: swimming pool, breakfast, a lot of restaurants and stores near by
Disliked: no shade in swimming pool area, no umbrellas, no bbq.
