Disgusting and Rude customer service!

The staff being so great...

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There was a lot of running and loud bangs coming from the rooms above us all through the night and early in the morning.

Liked: Everything the room the view it was wonderful
Disliked: That we got there at 11:50 and we had to pay for another day than we got charged 2 different prices on my card it was 172 and than on my other card I got charged 182 in the room. Is 119 and I understood the deposit but I just felt like that first night should have went to the next day because we didn’t get a full day even after we got put in the wrong room.

Liked: THE LOCATION IS GREAT THERE IS ALOT OF PLACES TO EAT CLOSE BY THE MALL IS RUGHT THERE THE STAFF AS VERY FRIENDLY

Disliked: The water pressure sucked. The lady who checked us in. Asked if we wanted extra pillows. We said yes and she said someone would take them up. We waited and nothing so I called and the guy who picked up the phone said we have to go down and get the stuff. Then when I got down there. He says they don't have extra pillows to give out. That they don't do that. So not sure why we got asked when we check in. Side doors don't work.
