Disappointing

Liked: Locked fence for parking
Disliked: Shade that did not work and had to sit in room with no daylight in. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Water coming out of wall in shower. Locked out of room and had to get new card from desk. No remote in room, went to desk and gave us wrong one and then back to desk to get another.

Liked: Great hotel nice breakfast ,good staff not just reception staff shuttle bus staff excellent.
Disliked: All very good

Liked: The staff was amazing beds were comfortable and breakfast was good
Disliked: The floor Our room could have used a Lil more cleaning there was a bottle of pain relief under the table and chips and food under the beds

Liked: Great proximity to Graceland.Secure parking.
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable.Drain in the bath/shower continually blocked filling the tub.Guest laundry out of order.

Liked: Had to wait for breakfast and it was a long line.people waiting on breakfast.no juice the machine was not in use.wont be staying again
Disliked: Room was not clean.and they put us in a impaired hearing room we didn't ask for the heater made noise all night.lounge chair was filthy.i feel like we should have got a refund we ask to be moved .no one responded
