It was good we thought...

Liked: That it was very close to Elvis Presley‘s attraction
Disliked: That we could not check in early when we requested and didn’t get to use my holiday Inn points

It was a blessing!

Liked: The staff was amazing. I forgot my cancer medicine and they went up to the room to put it in their refrigerator until we returned 30 minutes later.

Liked: Breakfast offering was great. Staff arranged for a car to take us to dinner.
Disliked: Not many amenities around location, but close to Graceland.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic. Staff member Duffy is exceptional.
Disliked: The location is a little remote with not enough eating and food options close by.

Enjoyed everything except the deposit...

Liked: Roo, breakfast, shuttle.
Disliked: Deposit that I wasn't prepared for and promised would be refunded when I checked out.

Liked: We did not eat at the hotel
Disliked: It took over an hour to be picked up at the airport after several calls to the hotel. Evidently the person at the desk had a problem find a person to drive the shuttle and when a new person came on shift did not tell her there were people at the airport.
