Great hotel, very friendly staff....

Liked: Breakfast was very good, and kept up well.

All in all I enjoyed...

Liked: the whole staff was great, however Ms Duffie was wonderful, she was so pleasant to talk to ,she was on top of the breakfast, she made sure the food was fresh and hot . The cleaning staff was on top of the cleaning with fresh towels and our room very clean when we arrived. the whole staff was friendly and pleasant and accommodating in every way. I will return in2027
Disliked: the toilet paper, it's so thin, it's like wiping with your hand, it's discussing. A little more softener in the laundry would be nice as well.

Liked: There is a very sweet lady who went above and beyond service with breakfast and taking us to the guesthouse that afternoon on the holiday inn bus in the same day. Her name is Miss Duffy. Great place to stay.

Liked: Everything...staff were lovely and friendly. Lovely comfy room just down the road from Graceland and close enough to local restaurant to b picked up n their pink Caddy

Disappointing and unsafe

Liked: It was helpful that the management eventually apologised for the below issues however it took us complaining through three separate staff to get to that point on the final day we checked out. The best part of this hotel was a good breakfast and proximity to Graceland.
Disliked: Worst is - we booked this hotel specifically because it had the airport shuttle and we booked this hotel specifically because it had the airport shuttle and we were coming in and off an international flight after 10 pm at night. The hotel confirmed ahead of time they would pick us up & which flight etc and then no one showed. We rang the hotel on the number they had listed which was incorrect or the night manager lied about the phone never ringing-so we rang the organisation that owns the hotels and they confirm they spoke to the manager and a shuttle was on its way at 11pm. We spent two hours at the airport waiting for a shuttle in total and in the end got ourselves on a taxi at midnight in Memphis to get to the hotel. On arrival the shuttle was blocked in by cars and nobody was around. Although the management on the day of booking out were friendly and apologetic- that did not make up for the very sour taste in our mouth and the fact that nobody cared until then to say anything to us at all. We were there for two nights. Do not book this hotel if you want the airport shuttle as it will not turn up. Very poor service which spoilt our first stop in the USA this time.

Disliked: Nothing. Tommy was very polite and friendly with being helpful. The shuttle bus driver that drop us off . Was very friendly and helpful with being very polite and professional. Along with the Manager that picked my wife and I up . We really appreciated the respect we received from all the staff members that we got to interact with. We're from Michigan and really enjoyed Our stay with your Hotel . Thank you and Thank you to All of your staff ❤️
