Liked: Ms..Duffie from the Continental breakfast provided the best customer service. She was very friendly and assisted all customers with such professionalism it was so nice to receive outstanding care by her. She made a difference in this place with her sweet and kind demeanor while performing her job. We surely need more people like her!

Liked: We loved the location, and the bed was comfy. The room was huge.
Disliked: We didn't like that the telephone did not work. We informed an employee who said, "That's strange." However, nothing was done. We also didn't like that the TV remote buttons were defective. You had to press them really hard to get them to work.The worst aspect of this stay was the bathroom. The caulking around the toilet was cracked. It looked like someone tried to recaulk it and got the caulking everywhere. The caulking has severe discoloration. It was so disgusting that we wrapped a towel around it, so we wouldn't have to see it. The toilet was not bolted down, so it rocked when used.This was the second and last stay at a Holiday Inn Express.The pictures do not even come close to how gross the caulking was.

Liked: Breakfast room was great especially Ms duffie. what a wonderful person she is so pleasant kind and a pleasure to talk to. She prepared breakfast which was a real treat. The room was clean with plenty of food. Thank you again Ms Duffie.
Disliked: everything was great.

Lovely Staff - Would stay...

Liked: Wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious & the lady who took care of the breakfast was very nice and welcoming. Front desk staff took good care of us. Would stay at this location again because of the staff. The hotel was fine, nice enough, but the staff made it worth revisiting. Shuttled to and from Graceland and Marlow's.. Really nice.
Disliked: We came for Graceland. The location was close enough - just the area is no longer safe / welcoming. While in the hotel, no complaints - great service... appreciate the gated parking lot & pool space. Just don't plan to walk from the hotel to , well anywhere really...

Liked: It was clean, super convenient location to Graceland, and the staff was so nice and helpful to us the whole time we were there. They knew our names and were so friendly. Tara, Sheila, and Ms. Duffie (?) were exceptional hosts and I wish we could’ve stayed a week!
Disliked: We couldn’t stay longer!
