An amazing stay away for...

Liked: The breakfast was good, everything was cooked really well, tea and coffee was good, didn't try any of the cereals but looked very nice and high quality. The room was spacious and cleaned very well. I did have a broken ironing board, but the staff were quick to get this fixed. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, all were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond.
Disliked: The only thing I would change would be that there is a small kettle in the room for people who prefer them over the microwave, however I know this is more of an English thing, and the hot water machine wasn't too far for me even though I was on the 4th floor. I did also have a problem where for a couple of my nights (2 out of 6) I turned the TV off before bed, only to find that it had turned itself back on at some point during the night, and since it was opposite the bed, had the light shining in my eyes. Other than that everything was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful

Enjoyable and good location, with...

Liked: Good size room. Disappointing that the outdoor pool is advertised as a "highlight". We stayed April 10th - 14th, it was beautiful warm weather, but the pool was closed. I was told it is a seasonal pool and not open until the end of April. This should be made more obvious on advertising, my daughter was disappointed. The Guesthouse at Graceland had their outside pool open. Good location, free shuttle anytime to the airport, Graceland and The Guesthouse at Graceland. Good breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Great location. For Graceland. Staff very friendly. Lovely big comfortable bed and room spotless. Been travelling east coast for 2 weeks this is the best hotel by far

Liked: The guy working at the reception was nice.
Disliked: Terrible! There might be nicer places in Memphis, but this is definitely not for families or young people! The area looks like it's in the middle of a civil war—teenagers walking around with weapons, drugs being dealt right in front of the hotel, and people gathering right outside. Very dirty bathroom, especially the shower!
