Worst experience ever

Liked: Breakfast was average nothing special.
Disliked: Staff’s attitude when a mistake was made. I booked a queen room when I arrived I was given a key to a room. I went to my room there were people in the bad half naked. I immediately closed the door and went downstairs to tell the staff what I witnessed. We were given an option for a king room with broken light over the sitting area. I was not happy with the arrangement staff told me I could go to a different hotel. It was after midnight and nothing was available for that day anymore since it was passed midnight so with no other option I took the king room and was told the manager will compensate their mistake the next morning. Next day, I talked to the daytime manager, Chelsea, she was rude and kept telling me I didn’t book a queen room and I didn’t have a confirmed room on her computer screen instead of addressing my concerns. I have never walked into a room that was reserved for me and witness what I witnessed. This is unacceptable at so many levels, to include the safety and privacy of people that were in the from reserved for me. Chelsea kept saying they got here before I did so the room is theirs. What she didn’t know is the night staff confirmed that the people in my room was moved from a different room because they had issues with their room. This is the worst experience I had in any many other hotels.

Disliked: sounds carried from other rooms to oursalso, the power went out at 5 45 am...not the hotels fault. but stairs were dark to navigate, nothing was available for breakfast not even bottles of water that would have been nice
